Meet the providers who will be caring for you:
Craig Frayer, DO
Craig Frayer, DO obtained his medical degree in osteopathic medicine from Oklahoma State University. He completed an internship at Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Center in Georgia and an obstetrics and gynecology residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Washington. Prior to his residency, he practiced general medicine for two years. He also taught OB/GYN residents for five years while serving in the Army. Dr. Frayer is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology.
Dr. Frayer provides a high level of obstetrics and gynecologic care. He understands the value of education and makes sure each of his patients feels comfortable with the care they are receiving. He also provides minimally invasive procedures to his patients so they can get back to their normal lives as quickly as possible.
Dr. Frayer likes rural communities. He especially enjoys Perry County and feels it is a wonderful place to live; the school systems are great, there are many activities and it’s not too far from St. Louis, which is perfect for a Cardinals fan! When not working, Dr. Frayer enjoys outdoor activities.
Theodore Rogers, MD
Theo Rogers, MD obtained his medical degree from the College of Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, AR. He completed an Advanced Women’s Health Care Fellowship with UT Family Medicine in Memphis, TN and a Family Medicine Residency with Washington Health System in Washington, PA. He was also Co-Chief Resident at Washington Health System Family Medicine. Dr. Rogers is board certified in Family Medicine.
Dr. Rogers enjoys seeing patients of all ages from newborn to seniors and also provides OB care. He is truly a doctor who can care for the whole family. Dr. Rogers sees Family Medicine patients at Perryville Family Care Clinic and Obstetrics patients at Perry County Women’s Care. He is accepting new patients at each location.
In his free time, Dr. Rogers enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing and hiking, as well as spending time with his wife and two daughters at their home right here in Perryville.
Sarah Dunn, DO, FACOG
Dr. Sarah Dunn received her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Missouri Health Care. Dr. Dunn is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Dunn incorporates her knowledge and deep concern into every encounter she has with each of her patients. She enjoys seeing patients throughout their lives from their first gynecologic visit to having babies to menopause. She enjoys getting to know families and build relationships with her patients.
In her free time, Dr. Dunn enjoys gardening, canning and spending time with her kids. She is excited to be able to have more time to do all three here in Perryville.
She takes special interest in general obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Dunn is accepting new patients.
Meredith Gruenwald, FNP, BC
Meredith Gruenwald, FNP, BC obtained her bachelor of science degree in nursing from the University of Missouri. After serving in the Air Force as a clinical nurse in obstetrics, she returned to the Southeast Missouri area and earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Southeast Missouri State University. Meredith has been caring for patients as a nurse practitioner since 2004 and has obtained certification as a surgical first assistant.
When providing care, Meredith likes to take her time with each patient as well as provide education to them. Actually being a patient herself has influenced Meredith as a nurse practitioner and she takes every step to make sure her patients are being cared for with the same consideration she seeks herself.
In her free time, Meredith enjoys camping, traveling, reading, and cooking, but most especially she likes to bake.
